DIGITISATION OF CONTENTWhat will you be dealing with?
- Support in the design, configuration and maintenance of ECM class systems based on OpenText and SAP technology.
- Participate in implementation projects related to electronic workflow, data archiving and integration with other systems.
- Analyze users' business needs and co-create solution concepts to meet these requirements.
- Commissioning, testing and optimization of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with the project team and IT solution providers.
- End-user training, documentation preparation and ongoing technical support.
- Monitor the correct operation of systems, analyze logs and resolve technical incidents.
What we expect:

Basic knowledge of operating information systems, knowledge of Windows and Linux technologies, database

Ability to analytically approach a problem, search for solutions, analyze error logs, etc.

Willingness to learn and grow with OpenText solutions (Extended ECM, Archiving, Document Access for SAP) and other ECM/DMS class technologies

Experience in implementing OpenText solutions (Extended ECM, Archiving, Document Access for SAP) or willingness to learn and further develop them

Knowledge of other ECM/DMS class solutions, such as: SAP DMS, SAP Content Server, Microsoft SharePoint, Alfresco, will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of systems integration and working with APIs will be an asset.

Ability to work in a team, communication skills and proactive approach to problem solving.

Knowledge of English at the B2 level, spoken and written (documentation, communication with the international team)

Knowledge of German will be an added advantage.
