Project Manager/Business Analyst

What will you be dealing with?

Daily tasks:
  • Planning, coordinating and supervising IT system implementation projects - from the analysis phase to production launch.
  • Conduct project meetings (status, planning, retrospectives) and ensure communication between technical teams, business and clients.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical language, and create project documentation.
  • Work with teams of developers, consultants and testers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions delivered.
  • Monitor work progress, control schedules, budgets and project risks.
  • Reporting project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support decision-making processes by preparing analyses, summaries and recommendations.
  • Continuous improvement of project processes, introduction of improvements and good management practices.

What we expect:

  • Several years of experience working in IT as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or IT Implementation Coordinator (or similar)
  • Ability to work in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and in projects conducted in the traditional model (waterfall).
  • Knowledge of project and task management support tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS Project or others).
  • Ability to quickly assimilate context and domain knowledge
  • Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously, including in an international environment.
  • Highly developed soft skills: communication, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution, high personal culture.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and take initiative in action.
  • Very good oral and written English language skills (minimum C1).
     
Welcome:
  • Project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM).
  • Experience in the area of ECM/DMS or ERP/SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of the German language.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry will be an added advantage.
