Q2 2024 report.

Among the most important events at Lukardi S.A. that took place in the second quarter of this year was undoubtedly the acquisition of a new contract for the delivery and implementation of the Pathlock software suite at a new client that is a global leader in the FMCG industry. This project is important because it allows us to start a new long-term relationship with an international Client, which can be an excellent reference for the competence of the Team, the technology and the wider industry worldwide. Moreover, it is a very solid step towards strengthening Lukardi S.A.'s cyber security offering, which is among the most important pillars of the company's strategy for the coming years.

Ongoing activities in the Lukardi Group worth highlighting:

• A very important fact is the start of development work in the creation of new products to support financial processes in companies. For many years, Lukardi has been successfully implementing content processing projects based on technologies from external vendors such as OpenText and SAP. The new products, the production launch of which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025, will be based on in-house solutions, integrated with state-of-the-art cloud technologies aimed at the broad market.
• In June this year. SI-eCommerce signed a contract for the implementation of software allowing the construction of a marketplace platform at a leader in the retail industry in Poland. This is the first project of its kind ever carried out by the SI-eCommerce team, while the implementation of the project is possible thanks to months of preparation and extensive experience of SI-eCommerce specialists in implementation projects in the industry, carried out on the basis of other
  technologies. The project is scheduled for a period of 12 months.
• The company also won a maintenance contract for the implemented SAP Commerce platform at its key customer. Other projects that the company acquired in previous periods are also being continued.
• Rekruteo.com Sp. z o. o. continues work related to the implementation of MedKadry and xHR platforms. In the second quarter of this year, work was underway to prepare for applying for funds allowing the commercialization of the Company's products.

• Group Strategy:
  The Company is taking the next steps to implement a strategy based on focusing on creating in-house and implementing external solutions that allow the Company to build long-term relationships with customers, addressing the use of cloud technologies, cyber security and artificial intelligence mechanisms in industries and business processes in which the Company has an established expertise and position.
• Image and marketing:
  The company carried out image changes by introducing a new logotype which is to be the foundation for building the image of Lukardi CG. Lukardi SA's websites have also been significantly reconstructed, and changes have been made in conducting communication on social networks. These changes, are a fundamental step
  related to the intensification of trade activities and internationalization of business.
  - Improving the organization:
  A new internal communication platform has been implemented and regular channels for exchanging information between the Company and employees and colleagues have been designed. Subsequently, further activities aimed at the Team are being launched related to well-being and quality of work, as well as support for development initiatives.
  Within operations, the next phase of building new structures related to the Project Management Office, the controlling team and the sales team was implemented.
