Integration meeting 2025

Integration 2025 - with energy, reflection and class

At Lukardi, we believe that relationships matter - Both in and outside the projects. That's why every year we organize integration, which is not just an opportunity to celebrate together, but above all - to getting to know each other, exchanging experiences and looking at our everyday life from a different perspective.

This year's meeting was unique in many ways. It was two intense days full of inspiring talks, good energy and shared moments - professional and private.

Conversations that matter

We met to talk about it, what we have in common as a team - Despite their different specializations, experiences and roles.

We talked about:

  • values, which are the foundation of our work and cooperation,
  • The direction we are heading as a company,
  • how we can be even better - as professionals, partners, people.

It's moments like these - when we can stop for a moment and just be together - that build up the team strength, driven by trust and mutual respect.

Savoir vivre - or business with class

One of the key highlights of the program was a workshop titled. "Savoir vivre in business"., which led Mr. Leszek Leopold Kazimierski - Baron of the Biberstein coat of arms, a former diplomat and expert in etiquette and diplomatic protocol.

Although the topic may seem "soft" or "classic" at first glance, it turned out to be:

  • very timely,
  • surprisingly practical,
  • deeply inspiring.

During the workshop, we talked about, among other things:

  • modern culture of communication and elegance in business dealings,

  • The importance of first impressions - online and offline,

  • How to build a professional image without losing authenticity,

  • The limits of politeness and assertiveness,

  • and about how knowledge of the rules of savoir vivre can help in difficult professional situations.

The workshop became a stimulus for us to reflect:

Are our relationships inside the organization as attentive as those outside?

Does politeness go hand in hand with efficiency in our country?

Do we understand the great importance of the "little things" in our daily cooperation with customers and partners?

Relationships and values that remain

This meeting showed that Integration is more than just a dinner together or team-building. It's a space to talk about what's important - trust, responsibility, openness.

This is an opportunity to sit side by side - not as "department A and department B," but as people who together make up Lukardi.

We would like to thank all the participants for their presence, attentiveness, cordiality and genuine involvement.
Thank you for co-creating an organization in which you worth being and worth working for.
