Lukardi S.A. is responsible for the use of personal data in a safe manner and in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free the flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".

Lukardi S.A. informs that all data of clients (including contact persons on the client's side - employees) and potential clients are processed and stored in dedicated, secured CRM information systems.
Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making (including profiling).
PERIOD OF DATA PROCESSING
Lukardi S.A. processes personal data on the basis of:
consent, the period of personal data processing lasts until the data subject withdraws this consent or the purpose of processing is completed;
the legitimate interest of the data controller, which is permitted marketing activities, debt collection, court proceedings, archiving of documents - the processing period lasts until the end of the above-mentioned interest (e.g. the limitation period for civil law claims) or until the data subject objects to further processing - in situations where such objection is permitted under the law;
a contract to which the user is a party or in connection with the need to take steps prior to the conclusion of such a contract, at the user's request, the data processing period lasts for the duration of the contract, until the claims related to it are time-barred;
