He began his career gathering experience in sales and customer service at various levels of organizations involved in the production and sale of ERP systems. He has been involved in the SAP technology ecosystem for over 12 years. For nearly 10 years he has been managing commercial companies in Poland, co-founder of operating and successfully growing companies in Poland. He has participated in many local and international projects related to the optimization and automation of business processes using advanced information technologies in companies of many industries belonging to clients such as IFS Industrial & Financial Systems, IDS Scheer or Capgemini.

Since 2005, he has been involved in capital in various IT ventures. He has been the largest shareholder in Lukardi SA for several years.
As of May 2024, he moved away from active management and sales roles to focus on consulting and supporting business development, leveraging his many years of experience in IT, implementation consulting, and process management in both ERP systems and the broader field of ECS (Enterprise Content Services).

The company has over 400 employees and works on projects worldwide. It has 4 offices in Poland and branches in the USA (Exton in Pennsylvania and Chicago) and in Brazil (San Paulo). They invest in the hotel, development, and gaming industries (Fingames sp. z o.o.).
Bogusław Cieślak is also actively involved in charitable activities, being the Founder of the "Better Start" Foundation, and running the "Cape" Non-Public Primary School for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders with his wife in Pruszków.
