Mr. Krzysztof Luty is a manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the consulting and IT industry. He started his professional career by gathering experience in the field of sales and customer service at various levels of organizations involved in the production and sale of ERP class systems. For over 12 years associated with the SAP technology ecosystem. For nearly 10 years he has been managing commercial law companies in Poland, co-founder of successfully operating and developing companies in Poland. He participated in many local and international projects related to the optimization and automation of economic processes using advanced information technologies in enterprises of many industries belonging to the group of clients of such companies as IFS Industrial & Financial Systems, IDS Scheer or Capgemini.

Mr. Krzysztof Luty is currently:
Member of the Management Board of Aniołowie Konsultingu sp z o.o. based in Poznań.

Mr. Krzysztof Luty does not run any activity competitive to the Issuer's activity, nor is he a partner in a competitive civil or partnership company or a member of a body of a capital company or a member of a body of any competitive legal entity.

He has over 20 years of experience in managing the sale of IT solutions for enterprises. He worked for global leaders in the ECM and ERP software market, where he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of market strategies, both in Poland and in the CEE region.

In the last five years, Mr. Piotr Jankiewicz has not been convicted of fraud.

In the last five years, Mr. Piotr Jankiewicz has not received a court ban on acting as a member of management or supervisory bodies in commercial law companies.

In the last five years, there was no liquidation of the entity in which Mr. Piotr Jankiewicz was a member of the management or supervisory body.
