It is possible to quickly produce a system for handling human resources and make selected information available to team managers for management purposes (e.g., vacations, salary and notice periods).
The integrated application provides the ability to create a register of equipment (cars, equipment, rooms) for booking and administration purposes with the simultaneous possibility of accounting for costs (decrementing bills to the appropriate MPK for rent, fuel, telephone bills). This data exchange reduces errors, the need for manual billing and time-consuming communication.
Contract processing, body leasing, invoicing and ERP integration.
- All contracts with updating attachments (a copy of the signed contract) are stored in the system, and their meta-data related to remuneration, contract terms and scopes are available to process managers.
- AR (Activity Report) billing documents, which have different formats for each client, are analyzed by AI to identify employee data and the number of hours/days to be billed.
- The numbers provided generate the appropriate data for the invoicing system issuing a revenue document for the client (with the appropriate project number) and a balance for the employee's expenses.
- An employee's invoice is automatically decreed to the appropriate expense account when it is received into the system.
- The whole thing means a radical streamlining of a process that previously generated a heavy workload (both AR documents and invoices from contractors accumulate over several days).
