What is SAP System ?

Despite the complexity of the SAP system, it can be described in a relatively simple way as an integrated modular software package used for analyzing and planning a company's resources. It consists of a series of applications that collect, process, and analyze data from across the organization.

It was created in the 1970s by the German company Systemanalyse und Programmentwicklung as the first business management software of its kind.
In relation to the system itself, the name ERP or ERP SAP is commonly used interchangeably with SAP. For many years, SAP's main product was the SAP R3 software. Since 1995, SAP systems have also been available in Polish.

Each unit can make its own changes to the database, which significantly speeds up information exchange and streamlines and improves collaboration among different departments and employees.
