Activities and development at Lukardi CG

The Group is investing in the development of areas that have been identified as promising due to new customer needs and the market strategies of large IT vendors, such as SAP, Microsoft and OpenText.
In this regard, R&D projects continue with a special focus on using the unique competencies of the team in combination with modern technologies. Examples include projects for electronic document workflow systems using cloud platforms and AI tools. The work will result in supplementing the portfolio with modern yet affordable solutions to support customers' business processes.

In the reported period, the internal communication platform Lukardi_net (employee portal) was launched, which offers all employees and associates of Lukardi CG access to the knowledge base, personal development tools (training, courses), benefits management and the opportunity to participate in information exchange.
The platform contributes to cementing value and streamlining onboarding processes for new team members.

In Q1 2024, work also continued on changing Lukardi's external image (new logo, promotional materials) and improving the visibility of its offerings online (new websites) and on social media.

Ongoing activities in the Lukardi Group worth highlighting:

• In the area SAP cyber security systems The company acquired a major FMCG customer and established partnerships
  with Serpenteq, whose solutions complement Lukardi S.A.'s portfolio with advanced penetration testing services.

• As of 30.01.2024, Lukardi S.A. has fully taken over the business operations of its subsidiary Aniołowie Konsultingu Sp. z o.o.
